It's human, bold and precise, a true representation of the WPX way. We stripped down all unnecessary elements and finished it off with a full stop. We make a loud and clear statement, we stand firmly behind our beliefs.
We used it as a building element for our new identity and the meaning behind it can change and evolve along with the company.
The WPX brand relies on three main colors. They are vibrant, playful and distinct.
The palette mirrors WPX's attitude towards life—outspoken, making bold statements, standing ones ground or pushing for a positive change.
The illustrations are just like the WPX community. The opеn and lively characters inhabit both online and offline communications. We let them speak louder than words. The illustration world therefore embodies the company spirit as well as its unique and quirky style.
They are infused with colorful and diverse people capturing both employees and clients. The employees embody WPX’s down-to-earth approach to company culture, and the target customers are like-minded people who want to make a difference and bring change.
That’s why we call them the Change Seekers. They strongly resonate with the WPX personality and idea—seeking to provide true value, oppose mediocrity and aim for progress.
The WPX Dogs—in case you were wondering why you see so many dogs throughout the brand, well that's simple —WPX has a purpose beyond business. They focus hugely on improving the lives of shelter, homeless and disabled dogs (and some cats) in Eastern Europe.
And because they walk the talk daily, they founded the Every Dog Matters Foundation—a NGO through which WPX creates initiatives that aim to eliminate the problem entirely.
The WPX Environment is inspired by real-life activities and situations, as well as by the endless limits of the imagination. You can find the characters working indoors, sharing a beer or a pizza, or outdoors enjoying freedom, following their passions, and raising their adrenaline levels. It’s not uncommon to even spot them surfing, floating, or road-tripping with their dogs in open outer space.
WPX wants to make all new employees feel welcome. That's why we've assembled a starter pack that will launch every new member straight to the WPX stratosphere. A set of stickers along with a pin, enamel mug, a personalised welcome letter, the special Crew’s Brew and more, all comfortably fit into one of their branded backpacks.
We've built some tools that presents the essence and all the main elements of the WPX brand. Its goal is to direct the long-term development of the company, serving as strategic navigation and offering practical guidelines for their daily work and communication.
